According to the Information overnight on Sunday, the artificial intelligence company OpenAI is negotiating with its largest investor, Microsoft, to seek several major concessions in restructuring its profitable sector plans. The report cites sources that OpenAI wanted Microsoft to give up its right to future profits from the initial AI company in exchange for 33 per cent of its interest in the restructured sector.

The report also states that the AI Starter is seeking to limit the amount of revenue to be shared with Microsoft and wants to exempt it from the acquisition of the artificial intelligence code, Windsurf – The transaction should have been subject to a contractual clause between OpenAI and Microsoft, which granted Microsoft access to OpenAI intellectual property.
The Wall Street Journal reported that executives of OpenAI had considered accusing Microsoft of anti-competitive behaviour during their cooperation. AI may seek review by federal agencies of its terms of contract with Microsoft. The report indicates that one of the most prominent science and technology partnerships in recent years may be at risk of changing relationships. Microsoft is the largest supporter of OpenAI and has been investing in it since 2019.

OpenAI technology was quickly integrated into its products by the initial Microsoft lukewarm human boom. In recent months, however, Microsoft appears to have distanced itself from OpenAI ‘ s cooperation, especially after negotiations around OpenAI ‘ s profitable sector restructuring seem to have stalled.
OpenAI ‘ s reorganization plan still needs Microsoft ‘ s approval, and AI Starter wants to transform its sector into a public good. It is reported that in recent months, OpenAI has been seeking to become a major investor in the Soft Silver Group of Japan.
